Your game progress and settings are stored on your phone, in the game's own storage. Android's backup may copy them to your Google account if you've turned it on; that is Google's service, under your control in Android's settings. Uninstalling a game, or clearing its storage, deletes them.

We may also disclose personal data if the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK

Google, Microsoft and Amazon Web Services may process personal data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

Your choices about adverts

  • Consent. In the UK and EEA, games that show adverts ask before any personalised advertising. Change your answer at any time from the game's Settings → Privacy options.
  • Advertising ID. Reset or delete it in Android's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
  • No adverts. Where a game sells Ad Free, it removes every advert for good, and Settings → Restore purchase brings it back on a new phone.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email us; we'll reply within one month. For data Google holds, you can also use your Google Account.

See also how to delete your data.

Children

Our games don't ask for personal information and none of them has a way to contact other players. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete the message.

Keeping it safe

Support email is held in an access-controlled mailbox and only the people who handle support can read it. We keep personal data only as long as the periods above.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. Amazon CloudFront, which serves it, handles your IP address to deliver the pages; we don't keep access logs.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, for example when a game adds a new service, we'll update this policy before the change takes effect and change the date at the top.
