Common questions
I bought Ad Free, but it's gone since I reinstalled. How do I get it back?
Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Google account you bought it with. Google Play keeps the record of every purchase, so it comes back on any phone.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds are too. Within 48 hours you can request one yourself from your Google Play order history; after that, email us and we'll help.
My progress has disappeared.
Saves are kept on your phone, not on our servers. Uninstalling a game or clearing its storage deletes them. If Android backup is turned on, reinstalling on the same Google account usually brings them back.
Do your games work offline?
Battle Isles and Word Blast need no connection at all. Cake Baby plays offline too; it only connects to show adverts and to complete the Ad Free purchase.
What data do you collect?
Our games don't collect personal data themselves. Cake Baby shows adverts through Google AdMob and sells one purchase through Google Play, and Google collects some data to provide those. If you email us, we keep your message so we can help. Our privacy policy has the details.
